Common Questions
Download Braai from Google Play or open the web app. Tap "Pull In" to create your account. Thanks to our **Braai Infinity** update, your account is instantly optimized for phone, tablet, and desktop.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your personal data from Braai, including messages, posts, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.
Tap the three dots (⋯) on any post or message and select "Report." Our content review team will assess the report. You can also reach out to us directly via the contact page.
Open the app, go to Settings → Parental Controls → Link Child Account. Follow the steps to connect your account to your child's. Once linked, you'll have access to the parental dashboard.
Under POPIA and GDPR, you have the right to access your data. Go to Settings → Privacy → Request My Data, or email us via the contact page. We'll respond within 30 days.
